Wednesday, November 21, shipments that reach their destinations within 90 minutes of the scheduled commitment time will not receive a refund.
December 18 to December 24, shipments delivered by the end of the day on the published delivery commitment date. For example, a package guaranteed to be delivered by noon will not receive a refund if it was delivered by 5pm that same day.
FedEx Ground
Packages tendered to FedEx Ground for delivery on November 23rd, the delivery commitment will be extended to the next business day for application of the money-back guarantee. (Monday, November 26th)
The money-back guarantee for FedEx Ground and Home Delivery will be suspended temporarily for packages picked up on November 26, through December 24, 2018.
FedEx Freight
The no-fee money-back guarantee will be suspended for shipments with required delivery dates of December 17, through January 2, 2019.
